Returns and Refund Policy

Exchange or Return of Goods Permissions:

The Policy envisages the terms and conditions under which:

(a) You are permitted to return goods purchased by you, subject to a valid reason;
(b) A refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to certain conditions;
(c) You may cancel orders for goods purchased by you within a stipulated period of time”

It is important to note while the Company makes its best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds, and cancellations are available to the users of the Website, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal, and contractual obligations. Return, refunds or cancellations may also vary from brand to brand, in which case each such good sold there will have specific guidelines which will determine the terms and conditions related to returns, refunds, or cancellations (the “Guidelines”). In each such case, the Guidelines shall prevail over this Policy and it is important for you to acquaint yourself with the applicable Guidelines while making a purchase on the Website.

What I Can Return & When?

(a) You received a faulty or defective product (like a damaged or not proper attachment in the box)
(b) You received a product that is different from what you ordered
(c) You received a product that looks different from how it is actually appeared
(d) If the product delivered by us does not appear to be the exact size you have ordered (size issues)
(e) If you are not satisfied with the received yuwwi.com range of products

NOTE: In case of any faulty delivery complaint for return or refunding (e.i: if the product got stolen from the package and if received a damaged product or empty package) you must have to provide us the unboxing video of the package for your query to be entertained by our customer care without video no complaint would be entertained.

What Products Can NOT be Returned?

(a) Items that have been used, worn, washed, or soiled;
(b) branded items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless we give you compensation.
(c) Consumable products, once the product wear once and does not look like a new one, cannot be returned unless we give compensation.
(d) Bulk order items can’t be replaced or returned.

Conditions for Returning Products:

We want you to love your Yuwwi products! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 14 days of receipt.

(a) The products must be returned in the original condition they were received along with any bills, tags, labels, etc.
(b) Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
(c) Brand packaging should be intact;
(d) Replacement of a product will be subject to the availability of the product on the website at that time.
(e)We do not accept exchanges or returns on bespoke items, or pieces that have been resized or altered.
(f)Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
(g)For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns, or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty.
(h)Exchanges are possible if the item is available,
(i)Yuwwi cannot refund the delivery cost or any international tax or duties paid on non-faulty exchanged items.

To arrange a return please email info@yuwwi.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Yuwwi packaging. Please pack the item carefully and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.

Refund Eligibility:

To raise a dispute, please contact us on WhatsApp at +33-0640215583. Your message must contain the name/image of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern. This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery shall be entertained by the YUWWI – Sparking and Sustainable team then you must send the product back to us within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy:

(a) You cannot cancel an order after 12 hours,
(b) You cannot cancel customized orders,
(c) If You want to cancel and the product is not dispatched then we have the authority to cancel it. (you have to inform us).

Note: We Have The Authority To Cancel Any Order Which Is Price Mistaken Or Out Of Stock.
