Can I return or exchange an item?

An item can be returned if it contains production errors or if an item has been delivered incorrectly. The return shipment must comply with the following points:

– Package must have sufficient postage costs;

– Products may only be returned within 14 days after receipt;

– Copy of order confirmation is included;

– Completed return form is included;

– The item must be returned in its original condition.

Products with manufacturing defects that have not been made known to us within 48 hours of receipt will no longer be honored (this is necessary to prevent misuse). Always check your order well after receipt. If your return does not comply with the aforementioned points, these will return to the sender unstamped. NB. Sale articles are excluded from the return policy.

Will I receive the total amount paid?

After receiving your return shipment, we will immediately refund the amount to the (bank) account / credit card that was used when placing the order. This takes a maximum of 5 working days.

Note: the return costs (these are the costs you pay for returning the order to us) are for your own account!

My item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, what should I do?

What are the shipping costs?

Orders within the Netherlands will be delivered by PostNL. This shipping costs are €3,95. For orders above € 15,- we do not charge shipping costs.

Orders outside the Netherlands the shipping costs will be determined by your order. For orders abroad, a surcharge applies. Depending on the weight and the order amount, the shipping costs are calculated automatically.

Delivery in the Netherlands

Orders that are placed on business days before 12:00. will be sent by us the same day. You will receive the order the next day.

Orders will only be shipped and delivered on business days. After we have received your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the status of your order.

Note: During the sale / weekends / holidays it is possible that orders will be shipped the next day.

To which countries does YUWWI send orders?

We ship worldwide. The shipping costs abroad are automatically charged.

Orders abroad the Netherlands

For orders abroad, a surcharge applies. Depending on the weight and the order amount, the shipping costs are calculated automatically.

Internationally, we also ship orders on the basis of free-of-charge exclusive rights. This means that we only ensure the payment of the shipment and not the duties, taxes and other charges and costs of the customs formalities that have to be paid. Customers from outside the EU do not pay VAT on the purchased goods.

Expected delivery times abroad the Netherlands?

When you order on our website, your order is dispatched within 1 to 3 days. The shipping time depends on the delivery address. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays nor Sundays. In case you place an order on a weekend, your order will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Different delivery times apply to international orders.

When can I expect my order?

Orders that we receive before 12:00 on business days will be shipped by us the same day (In the Netherlands). During holiday/clearance/sale, however, it may occur that orders are shipped the next day. After we have received your order, you will receive an email containing the status of your order.

Why is my delivery date so far away?

Our sales occasionally provide an “extended delivery” estimate of between 1-4 weeks, these are sell first items.

Sell ​​first items, items that we do not possess in our inventory and are shipped directly from the vendor. Therefore the estimated delivery dates will be extended.

How do I place an order at YUWWI?

After payment you will receive a confirmation of your order by mail.

Place your order before 15:00 p.m. it will be shipped the same day in the Netherlands.  During weekends, sale and holidays take into account a longer delivery time.

Is it possible to cancel or modify my order after it has been ordered?

After placing your order it is no longer possible to adjust or cancel the order.

I have not received confirmation of my order

Immediately after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation. Have you not received an e-mail? Perhaps this has ended up in your unwanted mail. If you have not received an e-mail, unfortunately something went wrong when filling in your details. Check and / or change your details via your account. Are all dvetails correct, but have you not received an order confirmation? Please contact our customer service via We will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I split my order across multiple destinations?

Currently, YUWWI is unable to send orders to multiple addresses. For items that need to be sent to different addresses, please purchase them separately.

I would like to receive my order later, can I choose a specific delivery date?

Currently, YUWWI is unable to send orders later.

I haven’t received my order yet, what do I do?

When your order is dispatched, you receive a dispatch notice by email with an ordernumber. In case you do not receive your order in time (see delivery time), please contact our customer service ( so that we can contact the carrier.

What are the payment options at YUWWI?

You can either pay by credit card or by bank transfer.

Credit card: when selecting the “pay by credit card” option, you will be automatically redirected to a secured payment through the PayPal website. This method is fast, absolutely safe, and will allow our team to prepare your order as soon as possible.

For orders in our webshop we deliver the following payment methods:

– Paypal;

– credit card

Do I need a paypal account to pay by credit card?

Not necessarily. Once redirected to the PayPal website, you can either pay through your already existing PayPal account, create a new account (for free) or you can choose the option “you do not have any PayPal account” : in this case you can carry out the payment without creating any account.

Are you experiencing any problem when making a payment?

Once the payment is carried out, you should receive a confirmation email from PayPal. If you haven’t received this confirmation or if you haven’t managed to finalize the payment validation process, please contact our customer service by email at ““, mentioning your name and cart number.

I have received a discount code. On which articles can I apply this code?

The discount code can be used to get a discount on the total amount of your order, with the exception of the sale products. The discount codes are only valid once. NB. Different discount codes can not be used at the same time.

How do I use a discount code?

Go to cash register with an overview where you fill in the discount code. To the right of this page you can check and insert in possession of a discount code you can enter it into the checkout code in the coupon code screen and then click on Apply. The code is automatically implemented. Discount on discount is unfortunately not possible. For that reason, discount codes are not valid in combination with other discount codes and / or reductions in but the Sale.

How do I reset my password?

If you are having trouble logging in, simply visit the YUWWI homepage and attempt to sign in with your email address. From there, you can click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link in the sign-in box. Once you enter your email address in the field provided, we will send you an email outlining the steps on how to reset your password.

Please note that the link is only valid for twelve hours after the email was sent and will expire after this timeframe. Make sure your new password is at least six characters long and allow for up to one hour for the system to update. If you have difficulty with the link, please try using a different internet browser. Google Chrome and Firefox are the most compatible.

Changing your password will update it across all these sites.

I can’t log in to my account

It may be because you forgot your password. In order to get a new one, just click here, type in your email address and click “send”. An email with you new password will be sent directly to your email address. If, in spite of this you remain unable to log in, please contact our customer service by either letting us a message on our website by clicking here or by sending us a message directly to: In fact, it is possible that your account has been blocked in case the information you gave us when registering did not able us to check that you were indeed a professional trader.

How do I change my data?

You can change your details by clicking / logging in at the top right of the page. Once your personal account page is ready, go to the address book. Here you can change your (address) details.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

You can request your password again by clicking on register / login at the top right of the page. Below the middle you will find the tab password forgotten? Enter your email address and security code & click send. A new password will be sent to the address you have used.

Do I need an account to shop at YUWWI?

You have the choice to place an order with an account or without an account. By creating an account at YUWWI you can go through the payment process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view orders, follow and more. It is also possible to place a one-time order, fill your shopping cart and then click on cash register, your data will then be used once for this order.
