Did you receive your online order, and would you wish to return or exchange something?

No problem; returning is easy and fast.

Returning online purchase

From the moment your order is delivered to you, you have 14 days to return the item(s). The costs for returning your purchase are for your own account. The item(s) need(s) to be returned undamaged and unworn, in original packaging, including certificate and return form, send to:

Please note that specially tailor-made jewelry can not be returned.   

Returning costs

 

The costs for returning your purchase are for your own account. We advice you to return your package using PostNL. This way you will receive a traceable track & trace number. Sending your package using PostNL costs. We also advice to return the package secured. Sending a secured package is possible from PostNl. Returning your item(s) in one of our shops is free.

Returning online purchase instore

It is also possible to return your online purchase in one of our shops, free of charge. From the moment your order is delivered to you, you have 14 days to return the item(s) in on of our shops. Returning needs to be done not through the Yuwwi customer service.

The item(s) need(s) to be returned undamaged and unworn, in original packaging, including certificate and return form. Please note that specially tailor-made products can not be returned.  

Returning instore purchase

Exchanging an instore purchase is permitted within 14 days after purchase at Yuwwi upon presentation of the invoice, original box and provided that the creation is in perfect condition. You will receive a voucher which can only be spent at Yuwwi.

Money refund

 

Your money refund depends on which payment type you used for your online purchase. We repay you within 3 working days from the moment we processed your return, or within 10 working days if you paid by creditcard or PayPal.

If you wish to return your online purchase instore, you will receive a dated and signed receipt. We repay you within 10 working days the same way you paid your order with. Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your item for a cheaper item, because we can not refund money for an online purchase instore.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your Yuwwi products! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 14 days of receipt.


Please Note:
– All items returned must be unworn/ not tried on and undamaged.
– We do not accept exchanges or returns on bespoke items, or pieces that have been resized or altered.
– Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
– For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns, or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty.
– Exchanges are possible if the item is available.
– Yuwwi cannot refund delivery cost or any international tax or duties paid on non-faulty exchanged items.
To arrange a return please email info@yuwwi.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Yuwwi packaging. Please pack the item carefully and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.

Please note, Yuwwi accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our showrooms or webstore only. If you purchased through one of our stockists, you will need to contact them directly and adhere to their returns or exchanges policy.

Do you accept returns on sale items?

 

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns or provide exchanges (including exchanging ring sizes, gemstone colours or amending incorrect orders) on sale items.
Please choose carefully and love your new piece of product.

Expections of returning

Worn, damaged, treated items, or items that are specially crafted (to size or a special design) can not be returned. 

If there is a manufacturing defect or a delivery that does not correspond to the order, you can return the item free of charge. Please contact our customer service in advance.
